Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas dentro del expediente T-103.709, por el Juzgado 6 Laboral del Circuito y la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Barranquilla, y en consecuencia CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición de la señora Carmen Elena Ojeda de Molinares, ordenando a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, seccional Atlántico que en un término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la comunicación de esta providencia, de respuesta sustancial a la actora.
Segundo. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 6 Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, y, a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, Seccional Atlántico.
