- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 7 de diciembre de 1999 por el Juzgado treinta y uno Penal Municipal de Santiago de Cali, Valle.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición, y en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Santiago de Cali, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, resuelva definitivamente la petición elevada por la señora Delia María Mera de Solarte, en torno a la posible indemnización a que tiene derecho por los aportes que su cónyuge fallecido realizó a esa entidad.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, líbrese las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991 para los fines allí contemplados.
