- Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Penal, que concedió la tutela demandada por la señora TULIA ROSA OSORIO, y en su lugar se CONFIRMA la decisión del Juzgado Treinta Penal del Circuito de la misma ciudad, sentencia esta última que DENEGO la tutela.
- Segundo. De conformidad con el artículo 7o. del decreto 306 de 1992, QUEDAN SIN EFECTO todos los actos que haya realizado la autoridad administrativa en cumplimiento del fallo que por esta sentencia se revoca.
- Tercero. COMUNIQUESE la presente decisión al Juzgado Treinta Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, para que sea notificada a las partes, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
