- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D.C., por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición del señor Hector Ladino Díaz ordenando a la Caja de Previsión Social del Distrito Capital que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas de respuesta a la solicitud de pensión de jubilación, presentada por actor el 11 de julio de 1995 y que esa entidad radicó con el número 550.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia a la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Santa Fe de Bogotá D.C., a la Caja de Previsión Social del Distrito Capital y al peticionario de la presente tutela.
