- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por e Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil Municipal de Santa Fe de Bogotá, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición del señor LUIS JOSE GUZMÁN GUERRERO ordenando a la Caja de Previsión Social de Cundinamarca que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la comunicación de esta providencia, de respuesta al actor.
