- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cali, dentro del proceso de la referencia.
- Segundo. Tutelar el derecho al debido proceso de María del Carmen Potes de Marín, por lo que se declara sin ningún efecto la decisión unilateral del Seguro Social, Seccional Valle, de cancelar la afiliación al Sistema de Seguridad de María del Carmen Potes de Marín. De igual forma se declara sin ningún efecto la actuación administrativa en la entidad que llevó a tomar la decisión de desafiliarla. Por lo tanto, ordenar que se rehaga la actuación administrativa, garantizando el debido proceso.
- Tercero. Líbrese por Secretaría General la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
