- Primero. CONFÍRMASE, la sentencia del cinco (5) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, en la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor Pedro Alfonso Gómez Buitrago en contra de la Sociedad Administradora de Consorcios Grancolombiana S.A., en cuanto hace a la decisión de denegar el amparo solicitado por Pedro Alfonso Gómez Buitrago, para obtener el reajuste salarial al que dice tener derecho.
- Segundo. En cuanto a la protección del derecho a la dignidad del señor Pedro Alfonso Gómez Buitrago, se CONCEDE el amparo solicitado. En consecuencia, ORDÉNASE a la Sociedad Administradora de Consorcios Comerciales Grancolombiana S.A., para que, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de este fallo, CESE los actos de hostigamiento que, en contra del mencionado Gómez Buitrago viene ejerciendo.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
