- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 21 de octubre de 2002, proferida por la Sala de Decisión Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali en la acción de tutela instaurada por Ranulfo Antonio Posso contra la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social - CAJANAL.
- Segundo. Líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
