- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Girardot el 23 de noviembre de 1999 y, en su lugar, tutelar el derecho de petición de José Alfonso Vargas Navarro.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa de servicios públicos Aguas de Girardot, Ricaurte y la Región S.A. E.S.P. (ACUAGYR), que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, entregue a José Alfonso Vargas Navarro copia de todos los documentos que solicitó el 6 de octubre de 1999, so pena de las sanciones previstas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
