- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juez Veinte (20) Penal del Circuito de Medellín el veintidos (22) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), por medio de la cual, a su vez, se confirmó la del Juzgado Cuarenta y Uno (41) Penal Municipal de Medellín del 12 de diciembre de 1991, relativa a la acción de tutela instaurada por el señor PEDRO JOSE MONSALVE LEON.
- Segundo. Por la Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
