- CONFIRMAR la sentencia de la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, proferida el veinticinco (25) de enero de dos mil uno (2001), en la que se denego la tutela solicitada por la senora Ana Josefa Vda. de Moncada en contra del Municipio de Pamplona - Norte de Santander.
