CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 4 de diciembre de 2002 por Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por el senor Eduardo Arizabaleta Valencia contra la Sala Civil Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Popayan - Cauca y el Instituto de Seguros Sociales - Cauca, pero por las razones expresadas en esta providencia.
