Reiteracion jurisprudencial .<br>se constato el lleno de los requisitos que la doctrina constitucional ha exigido para el reconocimiento de prestaciones de esta entidad, a traves de sentencia de tutela, a saber, la afiliacion de la petente, el cumplimiento del minimo de semanas de cotizacion - 29 semanas y 19 dias en el caso en cuestion-, la afectacion al minimo vital y el estado de posembarazo.

- Primero. REVOCAR la decisión adoptada por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, y en su lugar CONCEDER la protección de los derechos fundamentales de la mujer embarazada y al mínimo vital de la señora STHEPHANIE CECILIA CASTELLANOS REYES y de su hija.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a COOMEVA E.P.S. que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a partir de la notificación de este fallo, proceda a pagar a la accionante el valor de la licencia de maternidad que le corresponde.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, líbrese la comunicación a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
