- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones ya consignadas, el fallo materia de revision, excepto la condena al pago de una indemnizacion del dano emergente (punto 3 de la parte resolutiva), que SE REVOCA.
- Segundo. ADVIERTESE a las directivas del "Hospital Francisco Valderrama" de Turbo que la conducta omisiva observada en este caso, que incidio en perjuicio de los derechos fundamentales de la actora, no puede volver a repetirse, pues implica grave transgresion a los mandatos constitucionales.
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
