- Primero. Revocar la sentencia del Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Pasto, de fecha siete (7) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y cinco (1995); en su lugar ordenar al Consejo Directivo de la Universidad de Nariño, que sea reajustada la pensión de jubilación del señor CARLOS LOPEZ PABON, en guarda del derecho a la igualdad, según lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia, de acuerdo con lo que determina la ley.
- Segundo. No se accede a la petición sobre pago del reajuste pensional retroactivo, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente decisión en los términos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
