Primero. CONFIRMAR parcialmente por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia el fallo proferido el veintiuno (21) de noviembre de 2001 por la Sala Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
Segundo. TUTELAR el derecho del actor a gozar de manera integral, oportuna y efectiva de la pensión judicialmente reconocida y ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales - Seccional Antioquia que adopte las medidas necesarias para que incluya en nómina la pensión reajustada del actor dentro de los 15 días siguientes a la fecha en la cual el actor le presente la primera copia de la sentencia laboral.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
