- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga el 11 de mayo de 1998.
- Segundo. CONCEDER el amparo solicitado y, en consecuencia, ordenar al ISS, Seccional Bucaramanga, que, dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, realice una nueva valoración funcional del menor JHON EDINSON RODELO COLLAZOS, y le proporcione las terapias físicas y sicológicas especiales, que sean ordenadas por los médicos tratantes, y que se consideren como estrictamente necesarias para el manejo médico de la afección que padece el actor.
- Tercero. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
