- Primero. Civil Municipal de Puerto Tejada (Cauca) que negó por improcedente la acción de tutela ejercida por el señor ALONSO LOZANO CHARA, el día 1 de diciembre de 1995 en contra del Ministerio del Transporte, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
