- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 43 Civil Municipal de Bogotá, en la tutela instaurada por ARNULFO PULIDO ROJAS. En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado, en los términos expresados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Secretaria de Educación de Bogotá que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, resuelva de fondo la solicitud presentada por el demandante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
