- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Tunja el 13 de mayo de 2003, en el proceso de tutela instaurado por Rosa Elba Naranjo Abril contra la Gobernación de Boyacá. En su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo solicitado, en los términos expresados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Gobernación de Boyacá que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, absuelva de fondo la petición elevada por la accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
