- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el dia 15 de septiembre de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Cucuta, dentro del expediente T-997.192, el cual denego la accion de tutela presentada por Jaqueline Vasquez Gutierrez contra la Junta de Escalafon y Carrera Docente del Departamento de Norte de Santander dentro del proceso de tutela T-997.192.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el dia 3 de septiembre de 2004 por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Laboral del Circuito de Bucaramanga, dentro del expediente de tutela T-999.143 y en su lugar conceder el amparo solicitado, ordenando a la Coordinadora de la Oficina de Escalafon Docente de la Secretaria de Educacion del Departamento de Santander que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia resuelva de fondo la solicitud presentada por el demandante el 11 de abril de 2002 y reiterada el 1 de junio de 2003.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
