- Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Florencia, Sala Dual de Decisión Civil, el veintisiete (27) de enero de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), mediante la cual se negó la tutela pedida por la Asociación de Pensionados del Caquetá, ASOPENCA.
- Segunda.- CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Director de la Caja de Previsión Social Departamental del Caquetá que resuelva sobre las peticiones a que se refiere esta sentencia en un término máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de su notificación.
- Tercero. REMITASE copia del expediente y de esta sentencia al Procurador General de la Nación para que, en ejercicio de sus atribuciones constitucionales (artículo 277, numerales 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 y 9 C.N.) vigile el cumplimiento del fallo e investigue la conducta de los servidores públicos que en la Caja de Previsión Social Departamental del Caquetá hayan violado el derecho de petición de los actores.
- Cuarto. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
