- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 28 de agosto de 2.000, por la Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en el trámite de la acción de tutela instaurada por Jorge Enrique Peralta de Brigard contra la Corporación de Ahorro y Vivienda AV Villas.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
