- PRIMERO. Confirmase en todas sus partes la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Cundinamarca, Sala Penal, proferida el 14 de febrero de 1994.
- SEGUNDO. ADICIONASE la mencionada sentencia en el sentido de solicitarle al Defensor del Pueblo que rinda informe a esta Corporacion sobre la situacion social y juridica de los ninos abandonados, en especial de los expositos, de acuerdo con lo consignado en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, Defensoria de Familia de Fusagasuga, a la solicitante, Eugenia Patricia Martinez de Cardozo, al Juzgado
