- PRIMERO. REVOCAR las Sentencias proferida por: a) Juzgado 3o Civil Municipal de Santa Marta, el 22 de febrero de 1995, dentro del expediente T-65128; b) Juzgado 3o Civil del Circuito de Santa Marta, el 21 de febrero de 1995, dentro del expediente T-65136; y c) Juzgado 3o Civil del Circuito de Santa Marta, el 21 de febrero de 1995, dentro del expediente T-65137, dentro del expediente T-66152. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la seguridad social al senor Marco Augusto Serrano Arteaga y a las senoras Elia Rosa Visbal Fernandez y Neovis Robles de Lopez.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR a la Caja de Prevision Social del Departamento del Magdalena, a traves de su Gerente, a que dentro de los quince (15) dias habiles siguientes a la notificacion de la presente providencia, proceda a cancelarle al senor Marco Augusto Serrano Arteaga y a las senoras Elia Rosa Visbal Fernandez y Neovis Robles de Lopez, las mesadas pensionales y las primas que se le adeudan, siempre y cuando dicho pago no se hubiese efectuado con anterioridad a la notificacion de esta providencia.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 3o Civil Municipal de Santa Marta, al Juzgado 3o Civil del Circuito de Santa Marta, al Gerente de la Caja de Prevision Social del Departamento del Magdalena, al Defensor del Pueblo y a los peticionarios de la presente tutela.
