- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia del 14 de noviembre de 1995, proferida por el Juzgado 10 Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla, y en su lugar, CONFIRMAR la Sentencia del 3 de Octubre de 1995, proferida por el Juzgado 7o Penal Municipal de Barranquilla. En conclusion, NEGAR la accion de tutela instaurada por Rita Isabel Navarro Gonzalez, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva.
- SEGUNDO. Comuniquese lo resuelto en esta providencia al Juzgado 7o Penal Municipal de Barranquilla para las notificaciones y efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto No. 2591 de 1991.
