- Primero. MODIFICASE el fallo de segunda instancia, proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Chiriguaná (Cesar) el 15 de noviembre de 1995.
- Segundo. DENIEGASE la tutela impetrada, pero no por las razones expuestas en dicha providencia, sino por carencia actual de objeto.
- Tercero. El Banco Ganadero, Sucursal Chiriguaná, y su Gerente se abstendrán en el futuro de retener o demorar la entrega de las sumas destinadas al pago de pensiones de jubilación que se canalizan por su conducto.
