- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Medellín, de fecha 9 de junio del 2000, que a su vez revocó la Sentencia de 27 de abril del 2000, dictada por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales del actor, a la vida igualdad dignidad humana y reconocimiento y pago oportuno de la pensión de jubilación del actor JOSE DARIO VELASQUEZ SANCHEZ. En consecuencia se ordenará al Departamento de Antioquia, para que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia proceda, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, a liquidar, emitir, cancelar y remitir el bono pensional del actor, con destino al I.S.S. para el reconocimiento y pago de la pensión del actor sin perjuicio del cobro posterior que pueda efectuar el Departamento de Antioquia a las demás entidades concurrentes y responsables de su pago.
- Tercero. Ordenar al I.S.S. que una vez recibido el bono pensional correspondiente, proceda conforme con su competencia, al estudio y trámite de la pensión pertinente del señor José Darío Velasquez Sánchez.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
