- Primero. CONFIRMAR por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta sentencia, el fallo proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Sincelejo, Sala Civil, Laboral y de Familia, el día veinticinco (25) de julio de dos mil (2000), en la acción de tutela impetrada por el señor Juan Carlos Arrieta Jiménez contra el Instituto Nacional de Adecuación de Tierra -INAT- Seccional Sucre.
- Segundo. Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
