- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Sasaima, el dia 29 de agosto de 1994, en cuanto no se concede la tutela del derecho fundamental al trabajo.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado Civil Municipal de Sasaima que se revisa, en cuanto tutelo el derecho de peticion de la actora y en su lugar, no acceder a proteger el mismo en razon de haberse resuelto la solicitud precedente.
- TERCERO. Librense por Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
