Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medellín del 25 de mayo de 2000.
La anterior decisión no obsta para que la Compañía Colombiana de Tejidos S.A. COLTEJER, proceda de manera diligente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones para evitar acciones como las que fueron objeto de revisión en el presente fallo.
Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
