- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de catorce (14) de junio de dos mil (2000), proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Cúcuta.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y a la estabilidad laboral reforzada de la ciudadana María Cristina Ibarra Martínez, como mecanismo transitorio para evitar un perjuicio irremediable y, por lo tanto, ORDENAR al Representante Legal de Inversiones Betancourt Martínez y Cia Ltda., que reintegre a la demandante en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, al cargo que venía desempeñando al momento del despido, sin perjuicio de las demás pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, las cuales serán definidas por la jurisdicción laboral.
- Tercero. Será responsable por el cumplimiento de este fallo el Representante Legal de la compañía demandada.
- Líbrense por Secretaría las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
