- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena de Indias el catorce (14) de junio de 2001 en el que se decidio no tutelar el derecho a la educacion del accionante.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela interpuesta. En consecuencia, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad y a la educacion del accionante.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
