Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos en el asunto de la referencia por el Juzgado 2 Penal del Circuito y por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín, mediante los cuales se negó el amparo invocado.
En su lugar, se CONCEDE la tutela de los derechos a la educación, a la igualdad y al libre desarrollo de la personalidad de la niña Sara Sepúlveda Monsalve. En consecuencia, se ordena a la directora de la "Escuela Arzobispo García" que reciba a la menor para el próximo año lectivo en el grado de educación básica primaria que le corresponda. Para asumir esa tarea, ese centro educativo aceptará y recibirá la ayuda de la "Fundación Pro-débiles".
Segundo. Dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
