Primero. CONFIRMASE por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 1 Laboral del Circuito de Montería, dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Viviana Patricia Varilla Figueroa en contra de la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, seccional Córdoba.
Segundo. PREVÉNGASE a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, seccional Córdoba, para que en el evento en que la demandante, para el tratamiento de su enfermedad llegaré a necesitar medicamentos que están por fuera del plan obligatorio de salud y no puedan ser sustituidos por otros, autorice la entrega de los mismos, pudiendo repetir por los costos adicionales de éstos, en contra del Fondo de Seguridad Social y Garantía del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
