- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos de instancia proferidos, el
- primero. (1deg) de febrero de dos mil (2000) por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Bogota y nueve (9) de marzo de dos mil (2000) por el Tribunal Superior de Bogota, Sala Penal, en el expediente T-312 321, en cuanto denegaron la solicitud de tutela del accionante JOSE HERNANDO LOZANO REYES contra el Presidente de BANCAFE (antes Banco Cafetero), por los motivos expuestos en esta providencia.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento por Secretaria General a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
