- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de veintitrés (23) de marzo de dos mil (2000) proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Ocaña y, en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la seguridad social y a la salud de Adiela Quintana León.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Seguro Social que autorice y practique el exámen que requiere la demandante, si aún no se hubiere hecho, en el término de quince (15) días hábiles, contados a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
