- Tercero. Penal Municipal y
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Cartagena, pero por las consideraciones aqui expuestas.
- Segundo. CONMINAR a la Secretaria de Educacion de Cartagena de Indias para que, en caso de que los padres del menor Gonzalo Miguel Carreno Bertel no dispongan de recursos economicos para costear su educacion en el Colegio Panamericano, y dicha Secretaria no lo haga beneficiario de una beca, garantice a dicho menor el acceso y permanencia a uno de los planteles publicos de educacion de la ciudad de Cartagena.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
