Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Medellin y, en su defecto, otorgar la tutela de los derechos a la vida, la salud y la seguridad social de Nancy del Pilar Monsalve Florez.
Segundo. Ordenar al representante legal de la EPS COOMEVA que, si aun no lo ha hecho, en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia, entregue a Nancy del Pilar Monsalve Florez el cuello de Filadelfia que le recetaron, y todas las drogas que le prescribieron y que no puedan ser debidamente sustituidas por otras con la misma efectividad e incluidas en el listado del POS.
La EPS COOMEVA podra repetir del fondo de solidaridad a cargo del Ministerio de Salud, los costos en que incurra para el cumplimiento de esta providencia.
Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
