PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo adoptado el 4 de julio de 2001 por el Juzgado Treinta y Cinco Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, mediante el cual negó la tutela interpuesta por el señor Mario Camilo González contra la Secretaria Distrital de Salud de Bogotá.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que, por la Secretaría de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
