- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Barranquilla el 17 de junio de 2003, en la cual denegó la tutela interpuesta por la señora ANGELICA DEL CARMEN RODRÍGUEZ CAICEDO contra los SEGUROS SOCIALES, Seccional Atlántico, en el proceso de la referencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al representante legal de la E.P.S. del seguro social, Seccional Atlántico, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, practique a la demandante todos los exámenes que requiera para mejorar su estado de salud y que sean prescritos por su médico tratante, especialmente el de carga viral y CD 4 .El I.S.S. podrá repetir contra el Fosyga por lo que pague en cumplimiento de lo establecido en la presente sentencia. El término para el pago no podrá exceder de veinte días una vez presentada la solicitud.
- Tercero. DÉSE por Secretaría, la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
