Primero. REVOCAR la providencia proferida por Juzgado
segundo. Civil Municipal de Quibdó el 11 de mayo de 2001, y en su lugar TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la salud y a la vida digna del señor CARMELO VALENCIA CÓRDOBA, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Director de DASALUD- Chocó, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, remita al actor a una institución prestadora de servicios de salud que esté en capacidad de ofrecer la atención quirúrgica requerida por el mismo.
Tercero. Por Secretaria, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
