- Primero. Revocar la sentencia del 27 de junio de 2008 del Juzgado Único Promiscuo del Circuito de Quinchía, Risaralda, proferida dentro del presente proceso, y en su lugar, tutelar el derecho a la salud de Eduin Mauricio Moncada Ramírez.
- Segundo. Ordenar a Coomeva EPS, por medio de la Secretaria General, que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, autorice el suministro y adecuación del audífono ordenado a Eduin Mauricio Moncada Ramírez por su médico tratante.
- Tercero. El Juzgado Único Promiscuo Municipal de Guática, Risaralda, notificará esta sentencia dentro del término de cinco días después de haber recibido la comunicación, de conformidad con el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Líbrese por Secretaría General la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
