REVOCAR las sentencia de instancia mediante las cuales se negó la protección del amparo constitucional invocado por ISBELIA EDITH SANCHEZ, y en su lugar se CONCEDE LA TUTELA para proteger los derechos fundamentales de la demandante por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
  2. Segundo. DECLARAR que existe carencia actual de objeto, no debiendo impartir orden alguna.
  3. Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
