- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia objeto de revisión y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo y ORDENAR que Manufacturas La Seguridad Ltda, en el término de cuarenta y ocho horas continúe pagando a la señora ANA ROSA BOHORQUEZ DE PEÑA las mesada debidas y se previene para que en el futuro no vuelva a incurrir en mora.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
