- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Confirmar las decisiones adoptadas por el Tribunal Administrativo de Norte de Santander el 10 de octubre de 2001, y por la Seccion Primera de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Consejo de Estado el 22 de noviembre del mismo ano para negar la proteccion invocada por el senor Jose Arturo Bautista Perez contra el Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Norte de Santander.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
