- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el numeral 1deg de la parte resolutiva del fallo de marzo 13 del 2000 proferido por el Juzgado 1deg Penal Municipal de Medellin y REVOCAR el numeral 2deg de la misma providencia, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo y en lugar de tal numeral ORDENAR que el empleador en el futuro pague oportunamente las mesadas.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
