  1. Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias objeto de revision, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de este fallo y en su lugar ORDENAR que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas Coltejer le pague a Jose Angel Ortiz Munoz las mesadas de diciembre de 1999 y enero del 2000 y la correspondiente prima, si es que aun no lo ha hecho; y se previene al empleador para que en el futuro pague oportunamente las mesadas.
  2. Segundo. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
