- Primero. Revocar, por las razones expuestas en la presente sentencia, el fallo proferido el 11 de julio de 2006, por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota, que confirmo el del 8 de mayo de 2006, dictado por el Juzgado
- Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Bogota, dentro del tramite de la accion de tutela interpuesta por Laura Ines Andrade de Veira contra el Banco Colmena -BCSC- S.A, que en su lugar se DENIEGA, manteniendose en firme la denegacion en lo atinente a la Superintendencia Financiera.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
