- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Salamina, que negó la protección solicitada, y en su lugar conceder la tutela. Ordenar al Alcalde Municipal de Salamina (Caldas) para que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a cancelar los salarios debidos al señor Fernando Narváez Rendón, si aún no lo ha hecho, siempre y cuando exista la debida partida presupuestal.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
